1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Free Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 3 -5 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours. You can monitor your pet's comfort items on their way to you directly through our tracking portal or the carrier's website.

4. Customes, Duties, and Taxes

Cozelle Pets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately. We will work with you to make it right.

  • Lost Packages: Cozelle Pets is not liable for products lost or stolen after the package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
